Girls’ Empowerment & Gender Equity
Girls face unique barriers to participation in sport, leadership, and public life. Gender-responsive programming builds confidence and long-term opportunity.
Girls’ Empowerment & Gender Equity: Creating Safe Spaces for Girls to Lead and Thrive
Girls’ Empowerment & Gender Equity focuses on creating supportive, girls-only spaces where young women can build confidence, leadership skills, and self-belief. In many communities, girls face barriers to participation in sport, leadership, and public life. This cause ensures girls are not left behind.

Objective
The primary objective of this cause is to empower girls with the confidence, skills, and support needed to participate fully in sport, leadership, and community life. Programs are intentionally designed to address the unique needs of girls, combining physical activity, mentorship, and leadership development in safe, affirming environments.
